About Maddie
Maddie is a degree-qualified naturopath and post-natal doula, passionate about working with kids and parents to improve their health and well-being. She loves to support families with conditions such as eczema, asthma, constipation, sore tummies, frequent colds, sleep disturbances, anxiety, behavioural issues, ADHD and autism.
Maddie is dedicated to working collaboratively with other health professionals to reset small (and big!) bodies into a state of balance and empowering parents to feel confident in maintaining that balance, through education and guidance.
When it comes to Maddie’s naturopathic approach, she is pragmatic; seeking to reassure parents who feel completely overwhelmed* that she will always work with them to provide realistic and actionable plans for what they CAN accomplish.
Maddie is mum to a 2-year-old and an 8-year-old, and after many years of nurturing and navigating her own children’s health and ailments, she finds great satisfaction in both treating children and giving parents a sense of autonomy and confidence in keeping their kids in tip-top form!
Outside of being a mum, Maddie loves going for bushwalks - aka spending 20 minutes walking 10 metres with her toddler - gardening, reading and quiet time!
*Maddie also sees parents for their own appointments; she loves to support overwhelmed parents because she knows that putting on your own facemask first is key in a crisis!
When it comes to Maddie’s clinical approach, she is pragmatic; always providing realistic and actionable plans for what families CAN accomplish.

Experience
Other than a few exciting years as a bicycle courier, Maddie has always found herself drawn to care roles, shaping her compassionate approach to the families she supports today. From her naturopathic education to her further training in postnatal and pregnancy care, Maddie’s extensive qualifications as a naturopath and post-partum doula have equipped her to guide families through every stage of life—from preconception to the teen years. This comprehensive background allows Maddie to offer deep, well-rounded support to babies, mothers, and growing families.
Maddie also brings valuable experience from her years providing physical, practical, and emotional support to people with disabilities, giving her a deep appreciation for the challenges families face when integrating new health changes into their daily routines. She understands how to make those changes realistic and doable, which is essential when working with busy parents.
And, of course, as a mother of two, Maddie has lived through the challenges she supports her clients through. Her own post-partum experience—both emotionally and physically challenging—drives her passion to help other mothers navigate similar struggles. By sharing knowledge and providing hands-on support, Maddie empowers parents to feel physically well, emotionally supported, and connected, reducing the isolation that often accompanies this transformative stage of life.
